“Food Science – The Quintessential Donut!”
Guest Lecturer, Dr. Jerry DeMenna, speaks about the Iconic American
Dessert…the donut! Come out and learn OIL you need to know about the
Chemistry of FRYING & getting to know your DOUGH! Tasting samples
provided from several Regional Donuteries! Light refreshments served.

“US Lightship Overfalls & Lunch”
Depart from the Cape May Lewes Ferry terminal at 8:30am to Lewes, DE
for a guided tour of the Lightship Overfalls; a preserved museum ship which
was the last lighthouse constructed for the US lighthouse service prior to the
service becoming part of the US Coast Guard. Following a visit to the
Lewes Historical Society, “Lighthouse Museum,” we’ll then enjoy lunch at
Honey’s Farm Fresh Kitchen, and end our Delaware excursion with a stop
at Station on Kings—a lovely garden center with bakery and gift shop.
4:10 pm. return trip to Cape May.
$55 pp for Members and Guests.

“Annual Fall Luncheon Meeting & Elections”

election of WCCSH Board Members.

“Annual November Luncheon Card & Game Party”
Luncheon at the Shore Club followed by a Card & Game party.

“Winter Wonderland Festival of Trees”
30+ decorated trees and wreaths decorated and sponsored by area
merchants and organizations on display for viewing and silent bidding.

“It’s Just a Game Day”
Canasta, pinochle, mahjong, board games…you decide! Bring friends and
your game of choice. Free at the WCCSH Clubhouse. All are Welcome!

Rent Our Venue
Funds raised from rentals help maintain our beautiful building and are also used to support local community educational initiatives and charitable efforts. Host the event of your dreams inside our ballroom or outside in a tent for up to 150 people, surrounded by the dunes and Atlantic Ocean. You bring in all your own vendors and can customize your event so it’s exactly what you want.
